Sarah developed her passion for Irish dancing in Newcastle, aged 5, at the Hannon Murphy School.
Following a brief stay in the city, she moved home to Ireland recommencing dance classes at the age of 8 and quickly progressing through the grades to become an open dancer.
Winning many competitions and titles, most notably the Ulster, All Ireland, European, British National, North American and world championships, under instruction of the Doherty School in Belfast, she went on to cast in ‘Lord of the Dance’ in 2007. While touring the world with the show, Sarah became one of the principal dancers, dancing lead opposite Flatley himself during his comeback tour in 2010. Sarah was also cast in ‘Feet of Flames’ in 2008, 2009, and 2012.
Sarah went on to establish her own school in 2012 in Co. Donegal, Ireland where she currently teaches under An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha.
